The effect of C60 fullerenes and their nanocomplexes with anticancer drugs Cis and Dox on phagocytic activity of nonsensitized human peripheral blood granulocytes (a, c) and monocytes (b, d). Whole blood samples were treated with mentioned preparations for 30 min, then phagocytic activity was analyzed by flow cytometry (see “Methods”).
