Preparation and characterization of PBAE/pDNA complex. A Polymer 446, a type of poly (beta-amino esters) (PBAEs), could deliver plasmid DNA efficiently. Here, PBAE 446 was used to bind and deliver plasmids encoding CXCL9, CXCL10, and CXCL11.
