NPpCXCL9/10/11 transfection induce expressions of CXCL9/10/11 in murine Lewis lung cancer (LLC) cells. LLC cells were transfected with PBAE/pDNA nanoplex containing pEGFP-N2, which encoding enhanced green fluorescence protein. The concentration of pEGFP-N2 was 2 μg/mL. FreepEGFP-N2 and Lipofectamine 2000TMpEGFP-N2 were set as controls. After 48 h transfection, the expression of GFP in LLC cells was examined by flow cytometry (A) and fluorescence microscope (B). LLC cells were transfected with PBAE/pDNA nanoplex containing pCXCL9, pCXCL10 and pCXCL11, the concentration of three plasmids was 0.67 μg/mL. After 48 h of transfection, the protein levels of CXCL9, CXCL10, and CXCL11 were examined by western blot (C). The concentrations of CXCL9 (D), CXCL10 (E), and CXCL11 (F) in the supernatant of LLC cells after 48 h of transfection. *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, and ***p < 0.001
