ZON suppresses cell growth of cervical cancer. A, B Cervical cancer cells were treated with ZON. A Hela and C33A cells were digested and seeded in 6-well plate (1000 cells per well), and cultured for 2 weeks. The cell growth was analyzed by colony formation assays. B Cell apoptosis was tested by flow cytometry analysis. CE Tumor growth of C33A cell was analyzed by xenograft mouse model in vivo (n = 5). Mock, equal volume of deionized water.
