CD164 reverses miR-506-3p-mediated stemness and ferroptosis of cervical cancer cells. A, B Cervical cancer cells were treated with miR-506-3p mimic or co-treated with CD164 overexpressing vectors. The sphere formation efficiency was detected by sphere formation assays. CJ RSL3 (1 μM)-stimulated cervical cancer cells were treated with miR-506-3p inhibitor or co-treated with miR-506-3p inhibitor and CD164 shRNA. The levels of GSH (C, D), MDA (E, F), lipid ROS (G, H), and iron (I, J) were analyzed. The experiments were repeated 3 times, **P < 0.01
