Cell viability after 980 nm irradiation. PC-3 prostate cancer cells were treated with different concentrations of Ag/CuS nanocomposites at 0.6 W/cm2 for 5 min. With the increase of concentration of Ag/CuS nanocomposites, more cells were dead. The concentrations are 2.5, 5, and 10 % of the original Ag/CuS nanocomposites. Live cells were stained green with calcein AM; dead cells were stained red with ethidium homodimer-1 (EthD-1). Scale bar, 100 μm
