Expression of genes focal adhesion kinase (fak), e-cadherin, n-cadherin and β-catenin genes at the mRNA level in HS-5, HepG2 and C3A cells after 7 days of cultivation on graphene oxide nanofilm (nfGO), with addition of chicken embryo liver extract (CELE), and on graphene oxide nanofilm with addition of chicken embryo liver extract (nfGO + CELE) using RT-PCR. Bars represents the means with SD (n = 4). Relative expression was calculated using the gapdh gene and control group (0). The results are presented as log2FC values.
