Knockdown of ubiquitin B expression in SKOV3-GFP cells inhibited ovarian cancer cell proliferation and migration. a Downregulation of UBB significantly inhibited the proliferation of cells, meanwhile, nanoparticle 5A2SC8 had little toxicity to cell.
