Downregulation of UBB expression inhibited the tumorigenesis of SKOV3-GFP. After 8 times of treatment, the orthotopic tumors were resected, the results showed the formation of tumor was significantly inhibited in si-UBB-5A2SC8 treated group (a, d) and the weight of the tumor was lowest in si-UBB-5A2SC8 treated group (c). There was no significant difference in the weight of the mice (b) and the organizational structure of pivotal organ (e), which means the nanoparticle had low toxicity in vivo. Scale bar: 50 μm
