Cytotoxicity of the myricetin-SLN-CS-FA during 72 h. A The cytotoxicity effects of myricetin-SLN-CS-FA against the HFF cell line were evaluated. No sign of cytotoxicity was observed in these concentrations and the study times. B The cytotoxicity effects of myricetin-SLN-CS-FA against the MCF-7 cell line were evaluated in which the cells were killed in a concentration and time-dependent manner. The data are presented as mean ± SEM. The test was performed in triplicate. (*p < 0.05 and ***p < 0.001)
